Divisions (Birth Year as of January 1st, 2026)
U13 (2014-2015)
U15 (2012-2013)
U17 (2010-2011)

U13A - $850/team

U15A - $950/team

STEPS TO REGISTER

 

Create an account on the Registration page

 

Select 'Team Registration'

 

Choose an appropriate Divivion - (Silver Stick U13A Tournament, Justin Sproat Memorial U15A Tournament or Curtis Dale Ptolemy U17A Tournament) under "Choose a Division"

 

Under "Team" enter your team name and then your contact person

 

Players/staff names/positions and Jersey numbers will be required to be entered on the tournament website once Team Information package has been sent out to the team contact.  Do not enter the roster in the registration website.  Tournament package will be sent out at a later date to all registered teams as we are still finalizing host hotels and such.
