Tournament Registration link

STEPS TO REGISTER:

• Create an account on the Registration page
• Select 'Team Registration'
• Choose an appropriate Divivion - (Silver Stick U13A Tournament, Justin Sproat Memorial U15A Tournament or Curtis Dale Ptolemy U17A Tournament) under "Choose a Division"
• Under "Team" enter your team name and then your contact person
• Players/staff names/positions and Jersey numbers will be required to be entered on the tournament website once Team Information package has been sent out to the team contact.  Do not enter the roster in the registration website.
